Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to reservations, vouchers, and related services booked through Concept Hospitality.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested through the app, website, or support channels before the applicable cutoff time. Late cancellations may incur charges or forfeit benefits.
2. Hotel-Initiated Cancellations
If a partner hotel cancels a confirmed booking due to operational reasons, we will work to offer an alternative date, comparable benefit, or refund as appropriate.
3. No-Shows
Failure to arrive or redeem a booking within the allowed window may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for refund or rebooking.
4. Force Majeure
Events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or major disruptions, may result in rescheduling or credit instead of cancellation penalties.
